We aim to make your experience simple, reliable and transparent from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Every order is dispatched within 24 hours.

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team prepares and packs your Shrivam collection for dispatch.

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with the relevant tracking details.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Expected delivery: 4–5 days

Most orders are expected to reach you within 4–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote locations, difficult to reach pin codes, adverse weather conditions, public holidays or unforeseen courier delays.

We always aim to get your Shrivam collection to you as quickly and safely as possible.

3. SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA

We currently ship across India to serviceable pin codes.

At checkout, please make sure your:

Complete delivery address
City and state
PIN code
Phone number

are entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll share the tracking details with you.

You can use the tracking information to follow your order's journey until it reaches your doorstep.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts at the address provided during checkout.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package.

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone number or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. DELAYED DELIVERIES

While we aim to deliver within 4–5 business days, delivery timelines can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

8. DAMAGED PACKAGE AT DELIVERY

We take care to package every Shrivam collection securely.

If your package appears severely damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend:

Take photographs/videos of the package before opening it.

Then contact us as soon as possible with:

Your order number
Photos/videos of the package
Photos/videos of the product, if damaged

Our team will review the situation and guide you through the appropriate resolution.

9. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please carefully check your delivery information before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the shipment has already been dispatched, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned to us.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.
